Ne geht schon, aber ich war jmd. der Morgens vor 10 Uhr nie was ass.
Mit den Angepassten Daten bin ich ja eig. relativ gut drin.
1300kcal KH 340gr
1160kcal Protein 285gr
700kcal Fett 77gr (gerechneter wert)

viel fett wäre m.A.n. > 1.5g/kg

wenn du mühe hast so viel zu essen, kannst du ja die z.B. haferflocken durch instant hafer ersetzen. :)

3200 - 2200 = 1000kcal / 9 = 111g Fett

ist mMn nicht so tief.
